Vacation time is the only pro, you’ll need the time to decompress after all the stress you’re out through everyday but honestly they do not even give enough of it

Cons

EVERYTHING! Highly micromanaged, extremely understaffed so you are overworked and stressed out to complete work at an outrageous pace abs making less the the average oldie most claims adjusters. Their starting pay has now moved up to $21.88. Most other companies at least start at almost $30.
