Pros

Pay,benefits were good, good training, i loved my co workers. Paid time and a half for holidays. Pto was pretty good.

Cons

Micromanaging, hard to promote, sudden job description changes, workload, their expectations were unrealistic and unreasonable. I rather have my limbs pulled off than to work at this job again.

Pros

Basically I can say that the pay is alright, you can grow within the company, and the coworkers are great

Cons

You will work unpaid overtime for half the month, you will not have time to eat lunch so you will eat it at your seat, policyholders yell at you 8-5, micromanagers at every level, constant changes that don't make sense, goals that get harder every quarter, you have to go against company policy just to make the bottom goal for the month.
