Profit sharing. That’s it. Possibly learn the business. Otherwise more stress then it’s worth.

Cons

You’re workload is always 1.5-2x more then you can reasonably do in a day. A typical day I get 50-70 phone calls, have to make 10-15 stops on the road and close 10-15 claims/supplements a day. Plus there are time limits on everything that you do and various list that come out daily that need to be worked or that you get reprimanded for. There is little room for advancement and little encouragement to further education. We are so overwhelmed with work that management always asks for weekend overtime. I expect to work hard at my job, but it’s at another unnecessary level of stress.

Open-minded, progressive company. Really nice people. Lots of fun activities.

Cons

Insane workload. They say OT isn't required, but maxing out your OT limit is literally the only way to keep from drowning. And even when you max out your OT, you're still behind.
