Expect to do the jobs of minimum 2-3 people WITHOUT THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. They’ve taken away and realistic opportunity to get a raise yearly, under the guise of two performance reviews per year BUT you can exceed performance expectations and be DENIED a raise because you’re too close to the mid-point for your position.
