They fired all the people with tenure and insurance industry experience so I suspect they will be paying substantial amounts to the insurance commission for violations.

They don’t truly care about their employees and it shows. They will have an associate appreciation day with games that you must attend on your break. They constantly micro manage by telling you how to speak, and ridicule you constantly and disguise it as “coaching”. It’s a miserable job.
