      Relatively good pay for the area, depending the department Healthcare benefits with dental and Rx eye wear Always hiring with a lot of different options internally

      Cons

      No work life balance Lack of trust between the company and the employees Excessive micro managing and constant review of your performance Performance is evaluated using metrics beyond your control The company puts mor emphasis on the next call to a degree whwre they almost ignore existing customers and their claims. Lots of turn over which is why they are "always hiring" Lack of any sense of job security, you can actually be fired for leaving someone on hold for 1 second too long You're expendable

      Great brand reputation people really care about providing great products to people Company is growing like gangbusters ... so there's opportunity to move around Nice people benefits; profit sharing

      You have to have a business degree or 8 "core" business classes to move into mgt -- even if you have a four year degree and work experience Raises are minimal
