Pros

The benefits are amazing and that is about it.

Cons

It's a call center. You are micromanaged! Turnover is over 50% it's that bad. Many people I worked with there went on disability for depression. It was like working in a sweat shop. It's very political.

Not open to newer management styles People stay in this company for very long time..making it difficult to move up the management chain No Work from Home Option
