Call Center.... customers are sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes before they get to you. Sometimes you feel like you are really helping someone, sometimes you are just listening to them complain. The biggest problem is that many of the other reps do a poor job and you get the pleasure of cleaning up their mess for no "points" because the other rep took all the points instead of helping the customer. Your success/failure is based on your ability to gather points on calls.

Used to offer profit sharing but was taken away. Nothing positive about this company anymore

So many changes recently that nothing is consistent. Along with micromanaging and making up rules on a daily basis.
