Leadership/C-Suite away profit sharing for company workers while giving themselves lucrative bonuses. Upper management either has an inability to interpret data or they are just carrying out malicious compliance to appease their superiors in order to have an excuse to purge some departments. The position they put adjusters in as far as forcing them to kick customers out of rentals during total losses after 72 hours or face the consequence of a PIP while expecting adjusters to score perfect customer service scores is nothing short of corporate malfeasance. If they don't get a PIP for this, then their supervisor's and manager's job will be threatened as well.
