Pros

-Years ago, there was an engaged and supportive culture. -Over my decade working there I had experiences that I'm truly glad to received.

Cons

-Immature and out of touch C-suite. -Honestly extremely asinine decisions from the C-suite that have huge ripple effects on employees that are made haphazardly. -Upper management team isn't much better. I've seen them talk crap about employees and joke about getting people fired. -Compensation is sub-par for the stress. They will milk you past the value of every dollar they pay you. -Used to have a double-digit profit sharing. Now there's some level of 401k matching and an extremely unclear bonus structure. It's really not clear who earns bonus or why. Some associates who performed similar to those with bonuses did not receive a bonus. -There's currently a push to keep their workforce less tenured and cut anyone who uses PTO or isn't a "yes man". If you join, just be prepared to use them for the very surface level benefits that are written down. So you want free claims training and a license? Do it. -Frequent lying to associates. They're trying to clear up this perception by just not being direct. Expect very simple questions to be answered like you just asked a politician; lots of words but no content and no promises. Trust me anyways, if they promise anything, they're going to make sure it's not in writing and then gaslight you .

Pros

Decent pay for the area.

Cons

"Leadership" is horrendous. Mass layoffs and fabricated performance terminations galore. Removed many high-value benefits, and even took away annual raises for most this year while posting massive profits for the company.

Pros

The pay is enough to survive on

Cons

This company hates their employees. They make you choose between having a job or visiting your dying family member. They change standards and fire based on back dating data from the prior 6 months even though 6 months ago the standard wasn't as high. If you work your way up to a decent wage They will lay you off, so there is no point in trying to move up because they will just lay you off. They laid off thousands of people but the employees that were excellent in their positions. The people that did survive the cuts were not allowed to talk about it or grieve the loss of some of the most amazing trainers, managers and superiors. This company hired a third party to figure out how to save money and run their business. They did away with work from home but allows employees to work from home one day out of the week to keep their "hybrid" status to try to attract more employees. This use to be a company that people were proud to work at. This is not it anymore and I hope that your horrible treatment of employees becomes well known. I hope one day you see your mistakes and own up to them. I hope your mistakes bite you back. One star is far too much.
