      Pros

      There aren't any pros. This place is dreadful.

      Cons

      - NO job security, no matter how many years of your life you give them. -Insane amount of micromanagement -Nobody cares if you survive. You are literally no more than a number. These people asked me to return my voicemails while I was on bereavement and burying my father. -The workload is enormous and you will not complete it in 8 hours per day -Metrics are very difficult to meet and they will fire you if you don't meet them. -Pay is not competitive compared to other insurance companies.

      Pros

      The peers you work with on the daily and that is it.

      Cons

      Everything has gone down hill since Todd Combs took over and they realigned everything. Upper management does not care about their employees at all. You are just a number and they'll just find someone to replace you. They micromanage you to the point of checking badge swipes since they took WFH away. They claim to be flexible with offering additional WFH but they are not and will require you to make up your WFH day so your badge swipes show. Only care about your overall numbers and not about the people. If you fall below you will be cut. There are no career opportunities so if you're hired as an agent you'll be there for a really long time. On top of that they have taken away profit sharing and our good health insurance benefits.

      The pay, as a full time employee, is on par with what I expect for teach leads and sr devs

      Cons

      They micromanage you. They want you on camera so they can watch you. They force you to travel into their office in Maryland no matter where you are located. They ping you every 10 to 15 minutes for a progress update. They have no idea how to build decent software.
