Cons

It’s a sink or swim situation with no ongoing training, outdated technology, no investment for targeting qualified leads, a very low base salary, expensive healthcare benefits. The turnover rates are the highest I’ve ever heard of,

I read your comment and felt the need to respond. First, sorry to hear that you had this type of experience. I have been working at Generational Equity for over 6 years and I’m currently in the same Senior Business Advisor role as you were. While no working environment is perfect, I can honestly say that for me, Generational has been an excellent place to work. I have been in sales my entire career. I am with GE going on four years as a Senior Business Advisor. From day one I received ongoing training on a daily basis. Even though daily training is optional; I wanted to give my family a better life while bringing my sales skills to another level. Over my last two years I am beyond thankful and blessed that I made well into the six figures. I am so grateful that GE has given me an excellent chance at financial freedom! From our CEO to our managers, they'll never compromise themselves or their beliefs. They have a reputation of honesty, loyalty, and high moral principles. I have experienced all of these incredible qualities to be true. As in all sales, if you are coachable, hungry, and want a better life, you've found it at GE!

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. For those who love to bash a great company; look in the mirror, sales wasn't your thing..

No integrity! Manipulative! Liars!

Colleagues tend to support each other quite a bit, sharing info and learning.

Cons

Everything is wrong with the company. Management is very controlling and horrible. No integrity! Manipulative! Liars! Leads are non- existent. They expect you to just know the answer without being a set policy in place. The whole time I worked here I felt like my life was being sucked out of me. My advice... DON'T EVEN THINK STAY AWAY AVOID AT ALL COST!
