Pros

I am not adding anything to this section as I am not a liar. I didn't find any positive here.

Cons

The company was not helmed by the right people. THE TOP MANAGEMENT WAS TOO SUBBORN AND SET IN ITS WAYS. There was little scope for change, even when the change was for the betterment of all. WORKING FOR CONTROL FREAK MANAGEMENT MEANT EXTRA STRESS for me. It was not a good combination with the exhausting workload. THE BENEFITS WERE ALSO TERRIBLE. We didn't get what we deserved but what the management wanted us to think we deserved. It was awful. AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID!!!

Pros

If only employees can endure and stay, or the management hires new employees after others left, work can be manageable.

Cons

The amount of frustration employees feel are EXTREMELY HIGH! The management keeps pushing and demands keep increasing except for the employee pay and benefits. This also increase the turnover rate as well us our workload.

Thank you taking the time to provide your feedback as it gives me great pleasure to know that you valued your experience with our company. Our company provides a full compensation and benefits package which includes base pay and a true uncapped bonus structure. As a previous high producing Senior Business Advisor myself, I personally know the financial return this opportunity provides and I apologize that you didn't receive a similar experience as that is our goal for all of our advisors.
