Pros

The company itself is one of integrity, based on spiritual values. Generous salaries if you have been employed long-term.

Cons

If you work in the call center, it's very challenging unless you are a skilled salesperson. And even if you are, the call center employees are viewed as the lowest on the totem pole (even though it's the hardest job and the most vital).

Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule, as long as you work 40 hours

Cons

Monotonous, you're a number not a human. Claims to be a faith based company but, they're the farthest thing from. High demand, little reward.
