Pros

I am not adding anything to this section as I am not a liar. I didn't find any positive here.

Cons

The company was not helmed by the right people. THE TOP MANAGEMENT WAS TOO SUBBORN AND SET IN ITS WAYS. There was little scope for change, even when the change was for the betterment of all. WORKING FOR CONTROL FREAK MANAGEMENT MEANT EXTRA STRESS for me. It was not a good combination with the exhausting workload. THE BENEFITS WERE ALSO TERRIBLE. We didn't get what we deserved but what the management wanted us to think we deserved. It was awful. AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID!!!

Pros

Been here for less than six months, but I have already formed an opinion I’d like to share… - So far my colleagues and manager are top notch people. I’m a tough minded hard worker, so it’s a place where I fit in easily. —-Everyone seems to have empathy on top of being demanding (of themselves first), a rare combination in today’s world. This is sad, but I’m used to narcissists and sociopaths trying to sabotage me at every turn. Recently increased year 1 bonus is great. Makes me excited about my potential 1st full year income. With the new first year bonus and work ethic, I expect to break $100k again for the 2nd time in my life. - Good equipment i.e. headsets, hardware, and my cubicle is a welcome change from a boiler room shared sales floor. - Related to #1: People there are encouraging, helpful, and readily lend you their advice. Again, a welcome change from a place where others will throw their own mother under the bus to get ahead. -I didn’t know about the faith aspect of this company until reading through these reviews, but it’s nice to work at a company that is actually guided by a moral compass.

Cons

This is my opinion, and won’t be popular with those who were unsuccessful… - Same old complaints by sales staff who couldn’t cut it… Claiming unfair practices or brown nosing… The reality is you couldn’t cut it. I guess this is common everywhere so it’s not a specific con for this company -I think the training could be tweaked to cater to other “call/conversation” styles. Not everyone can recite scripts lines created by someone else…. Lastly, they could give new SBA’s a “smoother” transition into calls instead of being dragged into the lions den. Again I don’t mind because I’m always on point and meeting expectations, but have seen multiple resignations before their first week on the floor is completed.

Pros

If only employees can endure and stay, or the management hires new employees after others left, work can be manageable.

Cons

The amount of frustration employees feel are EXTREMELY HIGH! The management keeps pushing and demands keep increasing except for the employee pay and benefits. This also increase the turnover rate as well us our workload.
