1. Lack of direction from the top, no clear strategy and misinformation often confuses staff at the department level. 2. Dictatorship Style of leadership and all employees will be made to vacate their work stations whenever the management feels like having the whole office to themselves. Previous APAC HRBP behaves like the one in charge and does nothing at work, completely unprofessional in managing junior staff and welfare of others. 3. Poor HR leadership, went from one bad HR leader to another. Talent is not a priority here and efforts driven by previous HR team was lost, sadly all of them left under the new leadership.

Poor management along with no raises for hard work. They give raises based on time worked with the company. You can work harder than everyone else and will always make the same as them. Pay is NOT competitive. Make less than most other warehouses. No stability with work. Accounts leave all the time. Many things depend on the account you're assigned to. Like hours, work/life balance, and pay. Its a crap shoot
