Even Business Unit HR are list interested Designation- Fresher and experience people are recruited at the same designation and no difference in work Opportunity -Onsite Opportunity are taken by senior in very few case opportunity is shared with people who have experience and come from the same background Senior - They really get happy when someone leaves the organization. Feel like their motive is to frustrate team members so they can find a new job. They are from long time in the organization and know each other so they are confident that their job is save Career - There is no career path in GEP from fresher to Project Manager all are doing the same work and designation keep changing
