Excellent in every aspect. The team leads I’ve had have always been very supportive and flexible, always encouraging growth. The work environment is awesome too and most people have a very nice attitude.

Cons

Frequent changes. You may be transferred to a different account suddenly. There are frequent updates in the processes and procedures. Although this is not necessarily bad.
