Pros

-Exposure to different clients and industries -High and fast-paced level of hands-on learning -Growth opportunities for junior people -Great local culture with many great people -Young team with fun events being organized in and out of the workspace

Cons

-Extremely disorganized -Employees do not get a say in the work they will be doing, they get assigned to a client based on availability and languages skills. -Promotion panel is very politicized and has very little to do with merit. It is based on your visibility, if you are working on a "small" account you will have to organize extra activities outside of your work to gain visibility and get a chance at promotion. -The company has jumped on the diversity bandwagon and is now actively pushing race and gender-based initiatives which have nothing to do with your work. -Limited training opportunities. Employees get told to invest in their own trainings outside of working hours -Very high employee turnover under certain leaders -Below average renumeration

Pros

Flexibility is the best part of GEP Some teams do get the best of the facilities and special treatment .......

Cons

Salary is never as per hierarchy and market standards Managers do not motivate by any form of rewards and recognition ( R&R is only given to a selected group of teams ) Everything is manual and no steady process Promotes a lot of cultures and awareness but hard to apply them
