Pros
-Exposure to different clients and industries -High and fast-paced level of hands-on learning -Growth opportunities for junior people -Great local culture with many great people -Young team with fun events being organized in and out of the workspace
Cons
-Extremely disorganized -Employees do not get a say in the work they will be doing, they get assigned to a client based on availability and languages skills. -Promotion panel is very politicized and has very little to do with merit. It is based on your visibility, if you are working on a "small" account you will have to organize extra activities outside of your work to gain visibility and get a chance at promotion. -The company has jumped on the diversity bandwagon and is now actively pushing race and gender-based initiatives which have nothing to do with your work. -Limited training opportunities. Employees get told to invest in their own trainings outside of working hours -Very high employee turnover under certain leaders -Below average renumeration
