      Pros

      Good client base (built by pricing low)

      Cons

      All power and decision authority held by owners. Not motivating enough for senior and mid management. Clients are often sold the moon (e.g. Software and Capabilities that don't exist). Strong culture of favouritism and promoting growth of those in the inner circle of management. Profits and growth of management at the expense of other employees is common practice.

      Where product is just the Illusion, and services is the main offering

      Organization where there is a freedom to change roles—where a sales rep who missed quota can transition to a CPO role, and even a former TSO can rise to become the head of sales

      Cons

      An exceptionally employee-friendly organization with a strong CSR team that never resorts to layoffs to manage annual target shortfall- pun intended
