Pros
Lots of exposure with current technology. Market appropriate pay Org structure is fairly flat There is a real and true effort to ensure women are properly and fairly represented and treated equally.
Cons
Communication can be challenging for those who aren't desi. This can be problematic at times as the entire management structure (executive, vp's, directors and most managers) are desi and a lot of things can get lost in translation, and missing expectations are not good for you as an employee. Lots of inefficiencies everywhere and those who need to fix the most are the least interested in doing so.
