      Don't join. They treat you like a donkey and expect you to work like a donkey on the weekends. Most of the team is in india. they use to call me at 3am or 6am without even realizing that's midnight for me to ask about tasks and work

      As far as Consulting goes, this is the best firm to work for. Period.

      Pros

      I have worked for several different firms and in some tough operations manager positions in manufacturing and transportation. I will be the first to tell you that this is , by far, the best place to work compared to anywhere else where high performance is not just expected but demanded. Individuals who work here treat each other with respect and fun is encouraged internally among teams. Even if that definition of fun is a little goofy. It happens when you recruit a lot of fun, high performing, gregarious people. Fantastic place to work and great culture.

      Cons

      Just because it is the best place to work, doesn't change that it is a consulting firm. You will work a lot. In some cases, you may get to know your co-workers more than you know your family or spouse. In a lot of cases your spouse or family may get to know your co-workers. This life isn't for everyone, so make a choice whether consulting in general is something you want to do.
