      Good working environment Flexible Lots of challenging works

      Cons

      Politics are overwhelming Promotions based on personal favoritism rather than true capabilities Disorganized job responsibilities, too many "mangers", but few are truly adding values Need to have more paid vacation days!

      Pros

      Global eProcure is a startup and is in its high growth stage. The work environment is very nice, with most of the employees in the field most of the time.

      Cons

      Being a consulting firm, the firm must be nimble as jobs end when the contract is over. This is one thing every employee must keep in the back of their mind.
