They usually don't offer to pay extras

Management is only concerned about money and the imaginary brand. They are supported by HR that is ignoring all reports on misconduct by managers or other employees that management considers high value (even if they are doing nothing at work). It is a very toxic working environment where all employee wellbeing related issues are ignored if it means even potential loss of profit. Career opportunities will be promised but never actualized and even the promotion cycle system is biased. The target setting is unequal and most of the targets are not measured properly. Perfect system for not having to make salary adjustments.
