      Pros

      I have been working with GEP for more than 13 years. If you love tech, join GEP. You have the freedom to adopt any technology and move in a rapid phase. You will never feel out-dated in this constantly changing technology world. Great Culture, Flat Structure, No Politics (only performance matters)

      Cons

      Sometimes it will be difficult to find good documentation about specific problem statement / approach / past implementation. Over the years it is getting improved.

      Provides family based culture. Opportunities to work in multiple verticals (Technology/Consulting) People are given values and respect. Management is easily approachable and treats employees like their family. Lots of growth opportunities/Challenging work/Business learning opportunities. Interaction with top notch procurement leaders.

      Pros

      There are a lot of brilliant and creative minds on the team. Everyone helps out whenever they can to make sure all is successful. Company and leadership definitely shows that they care by providing lots of updates and success with everyone.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, and people where lots of hats and do multiple jobs. It can be a little challenging figuring out who does what.
