Pros

- very international, 40% of people is from abroad - communities within the company, e.g. Women, Green, LGBTQ communities - lot of company events (not mandatory) - flexible working model, 2 days in the office, 3 days from home after lockdown - mostly young employees - great benefits (Multisport, Sodexo FlexiPass) - yearly salary raise based on performance - possibility to get promoted - 5 weeks of holiday + 4 sick days - free language courses (1/week)

Cons

- promotion is not handled on a fair way, some people get promoted after 1 year and some get promoted after almost 3 years at the company, depending on the team and boss - sometimes there is too much work to do and sometimes not too much - overtime is not paid (at least in my team)
