Pros

GEP has very interesting and competitive salary and benefits. There are a lot of career opportunities internally and you can certainly learn a lot working with a lot of brilliant professionals. Additionally, GEP allows you to have a very positive life balance in terms of time and personal activities. They are very flexible.

Cons

GEP has been expanding in Latin America yet, therefore there are opportunities for structuring even large teams to support clients in the region.

Pros

People is always willing to assist in case it's needed. Compensation is good. There's a lot to learn from the people and from the different accounts in the company.

Cons

The schedule availability could be better. The on boarding process is a bit slow.

Great company, actually cares about the people

-Great culture -LGBTQ+ friendly -Nice, fun people -Good work life balance for consulting -As long as you do good work, you're able to build a path for yourself, or just go wherever staffing puts you. It's flexible -Good PTO and benefits

Cons

-Lower than average salary -Healthcare could be better for people outside of New Jersey
