      no work life balance. HR treats you like a person who is begging for money. no repsect for your personal life. bonus are giving based on your relationship with your manager not based on yourperfomance

      Very toxic env, I have seen employees so stressful that, some of them cried in the office and quit the job same day even though they don’t have any other job. Once you join you are struck as they make you work like crazy specifically expects weekend work. So it’s not easy to search job also. One of the employee was scolded for not working on the weekend and he quit. This toxic culture starts from CEO who has no empathy and squeezes employees to the extreme. he will scold using F words with an intension that either you work 24/7 or leave. Due to CEO, the management under him are forced to work accordingly as they will have no choice or quit. Don’t fall in trap for title or higher appearing salary number as their benefits aren’t good. And more importantly it’s not worth it.
