Pros

+ The company is willing to invest in talent + Customer focused + High growth mode + Talented team members + Amazing office with great perks + Flexible schedules

Cons

For a company in high growth mode you can expect things not to be perfect, however management is willing to step back and analyze processes that need to adjusted for maximum employee/client satisfaction.

Pros

Good manager, transport (paid), swag

Cons

Ended Work from Home, the entire company is structured in a way such that in a team there will be people from different countries and timezones connecting on teams. Anyway you have to do the same thing at office that you did at home, but now it also costs you money , health of your body, time, productivity etc. Working from Office has ZERO benefits Ending WFH is a BAD move. This is 2023. Seriously not recommend because the pay is also lower than competitors

Pros

- Friendly people for the most part - Clear performance management process - Every new joiner is paired with a mentor - F500 clients - Responsibility from day 1

Cons

Would strongly recommend against beginning a career here: - Majority of company is based in India, meaning you can have a direct manager in India, even if you are US-based - Certain key organizational functions (e.g. HR) are outsourced and should not be - No say on what projects you are placed on, even if they state you can preference - Most work is either BPO or PMO, not actual strategy work - Company is completely out of touch with the market. They laughably compare themselves to B4/MBB at every town hall, but don't even play in remotely the same league. They bid projects low to win, resulting in understaffed projects for below-market compensation with sub-par benefits. - Too many senior people at the company who have been there for too long; they are not aware of what else is out there - You are not properly equipped to do your job; they sell work where the consultants working on them have zero experience for the ask
