Full of politics and zero equality. If you are energetic, eager to learn and want to grow in your career then this is NOT the right place for you. It will drain you completely. Even after I left the company I still have nightmares about this place from time to time. It’s how horrible it was. There is ZERO communication from top down at least in my department. People are treated based on favoritism and how loud one can cry. No respect to policies or guidelines. They were diverse at some point, but now the founders only trust their own people and you can see someone with zero relevant experience leading a department just because they are from same country . I have had the fortune to meet with some of the worst coworkers and leaders in my life. They go above and beyond to isolate me from getting new responsibilities and grow. I had some good friends as well that’s what put me through those tough times. They will lay off people just so they get a big fat bonus for themselves. And to show they are always growing and profitable. In the end I have devoted myself to convincing those good people to leave the company and I am glad they all took my advice.
