Pros
Great tech stack, but that depends on the team you get. Subsidized food rates. Transport facilities. Free snacks. Good environment, good learning opportunities for freshers.
Cons
Heavy workload, no work life balance. Managers are happy if you work overtime. No appreciation given of you do not work overtime. Work quality is not judged. Judgements made are biased. There is sadly inner politics in the team. Increments are really sad, you need to ask for what you deserve, if you don't you won't get a great hike. You are lucky if you get a good team.
