1. Too much work Load as you are working on agile process with End To End Development, Deployment, Support, Testing 2. Poor management skills 3. Existing employees receive Less salary as compare to new joiners with same roles and responsibly. 4. You be working more than 8 hours always. 5. less exposure to other stack until and unless you are being part of that project. 6. Expectations are always high as management is more focused on results. 7. Very less changes of getting rewards and Recognition. 8. Very few colleagues are ready to share the knowledge which is increasing dependency. 9. No Work Life Balance
