      Key benefit of working at Quantiphi is that you will always find someone who is willing to out of their way to help you. The opportunities offered here are quite unique, for technical and personal development. Freedom of thought and expression makes it easy to fit in.

      Company with lot of Support projects

      Pros

      There some new projects which work on latest technologies but chances are less to get opportunity there.

      Cons

      1. Many projects on support 2. Appraisal are too low as compared to market standards. 3. Mostly have to work on weekends since they need you provide support if something comes up. 4. Project management not well managed.

      1.You will get a lot of product knowledge. 2.Team coordination between seniors and peers is good. 3. No good thing left to describe.

      Cons

      1. Too much politics. 2. Your talent will be sidelined and they will make you work just for completing their goals. 3.No growth. 4.No hike for new comers atleast for 2 years. This is how HR plays politics. 5. Process followed is fake. 6. They will make you work every other Saturday.
