- Only flexible transport is a good part of this company.

Cons

- Middle management doesn't know the priority of work. - want to do everything with mess of unrealistic timeline and pathetic processeas - frequent weekend working. - Individual expertise killer politics - very low hike.

- Best facilities - food, mediclaim, transport and many more - Best management. technical & VPs - Team work. - Appreciation - fun - time flexiblity - Perks , appreciation , team activities & outings I got a chance to work under one of the best technical person on the floor. Process is followed when it comes to the product development. It will upgrades your profile & you professionally. You won't think of leaving the company ones joined.

Cons

- working on the product gets monotonous after some time. (but you always have an option to go for some different work. ) - training programmes should happen every month, as so many people are working together. its always good to have some change in the schedule. - no great hikes. though they provide good package on joining. - Late working hours like every other company, but not every time. Employee gets all the required things from management when it comes to work for extra hours
