This company loves to rubber-stamp techs through training and send them out completely unprepared. Which would be bad enough if they at least gave each tech a rescue kit, but they don't, it's 1 per team.
There are some great project managers but there are also some really terrible ones. They are constantly last minute, and never send the right kit out of the warehouse. They alter incident reports to make them sound less bad and they hire a bunch of contractors and have them work on tourists visas. I've met some wonderful techs at this company and I fear for them, because this company does not care about safety.
