      Good starting wages. Overtime always available.

      Cons

      No respect. Company is shady and very cheap. Very little to no bonuses. Seniority means nothing. Myself and a dozen others got fired after a few years (some people worked there 20 years) because the company was "restructuring" aka couldn't afford to pay us. Office politics decide everything that goes on. Health and safety isn't a priority. HR tries really hard not to pay WSIB

      Pros

      Most of the non management team are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Basic benefits, no real PTO (you have to be here for 10 years or more to be in the sweet spot and it takes so long to accumulate time), no one is every proactive about company business volume changes and you can at times fill overworked and underpaid. No real career plan or advancement.
