I had an awesome manager once, then they pushed him out and allowed a total know nothing to run the show unchecked. If you blow more than you know, this is the place for you!
Cons
Turn over rate is STAGGERING!! Managers have poor people skills and talk much more than listen, some get their positions due to high school relationships rather than job tested skill, they don’t know how to even perform the roles of their employees but yet micromanage. Safety is toted as a priority but in actually is a fleeting thing only important when the company dictates, unsafe work is constantly expected and the perceived risk of job loss is always looming if one chooses to speak up about it. Errors made on pay are much more common than they should be. 100+ policies exist to protect the company, none are there to protect the employee, just cleverly written so they appear that way.
