Direct site management: Treats employees with little to no respect. Should not be in charge of sites due to favoritism and grudges he holds. Makes false promises to employees. Does not want to follow MLO or union guidelines or GFL guidelines. Does not report incidents; big or small. Has operated sites illegally and told guys if you want your job get it done. Screams profanities at employees consistently. Allows his favorites to abuse (physically and verbally) other employees.
Over time does not get paid properly. Reimbursements are taxed. The company pushes for us to make deadlines and we do not benefit. Push guys to work harder but doesn't support them when they get injured from the pace/job.
