      Pros

      Good work life balance and very relaxed environment. Growing extremely fast and lots of room to move up if you show good work ethic. Accommodates educational development of employees and helps pay for fees.

      Cons

      Due to the companies growth, sometimes the work can get overbearing. Sometimes meetings can feel slightly unproductive. Still a great place to work.
