      Pros

      Good place to gain experience for the most part. Good freedom to run a business.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of leadership and mentoring, employees don't receive instruction and training as they should.

      Benefits were alright. Opportunity to learn a lot since you'll often get to do work on something outside of ur job description

      Cons

      Low salary Non-friendly culture Underpaid employees A lot of favoritism - under the same situation, one employee was accomodated, appreciated and cared for and another one equally hardworking and sincere was let go. Very insecure. People fired all the time with no warning. Poor work life balance - every one at the company would agree to this one
