Pros

To make a lot of money due to the amount of overtime one can get if willing to put in the work

Cons

Every day is variable and hard to plan or maintain a work life balance. Jobs can be five minutes from the shop or 18 hours from the shop and the length of time spent on jobs is often unknown. Job pop up last minute that might require staying out of town and can go days, weeks or even months. If you have a family with little kids, this job is probably not for you.
