Pros

If you like lime green it’s the place to be. Quarterly employee engagement events (ie. cookouts)

Cons

Communication from leadership is non-existent. Everything is a secret, general management leans into being ignorant. Transfer station managers have no accountability whatsoever, held to no standards by general managers. Finger pointing is the norm, not the exception. Annual employee reviews are held for the drivers only, operations team gets no feedback and gives no feedback to the general manager regarding Ops team. What general manager doesn’t want to get feedback about their managers from the manager’s direct reports? Ones that don’t hold managers accountable, that’s who.
