      Pros

      Company has a good backlog of work (stability) and there is a lot of flexibility with work hours for their employees.

      Cons

      Poor management skills within my department. Starting projects and completing deadlines from them are becoming more stressful and mismanaged.

      Pros

      Very flexible when I needed to switch positions, although some jobs don't transfer as well, of course

      Cons

      Tuition is only reimbursed for courses directly related to your job--doesn't help if you need general education credits!

      Pros

      The benefits are excellent (aside from the somewhat misrely 401k matching) and my coworkers are excellent. If I could take them to my next job, I would. Decent vacation time (15 days/year when starting out). Depending on you job, you get to go to some interesting places. Good company culture

      Cons

      Consulting engineering isn't the most exciting work. The average age at the company is fairly high.
