Very low pay below industry average Long hours with no promotion in sight Manager really bad: no followup, meddles when not needed, not in sight when needed, ignores you, penalizes youand doesn't reward good work, very bare minimum supervision, months without talking to you or following up, field work most of the time, rude arrogant belittling if you don't believe me try for yourself!

It appears from your comment as though you are still employed. Please remember you have several avenues to provide feedback, including to your CBG Director, our Employee Relations Manager Tracy Heyman, or the EthicsPoint hotline (844.986.0381). We appreciate you taking the time to provide your thoughts. Our commitment to ongoing innovation in our processes is designed to enhance our agility and scalability and ensure the firm is successful for another 100+ years. Occasionally, this requires making challenging decisions, including the reallocation of tasks to different internal or external teams, or the adoption of automated solutions. Such decisions carefully balance their potential effects on our exceptional team with the benefits they bring to the firm's overall, long-term health and performance. Making decisions that include layoffs is never easy, and it affects everyone deeply. Thank you again for taking the time to write.
