Gannett Fleming is an excellent company, committed to training, mentoring, career advancement, growing thought leaders, and innovation. The compensation and bonus programs are well run and more equitable than I've seen elsewhere. Our Shared Services teams go out of their way to take care of the employees. Our employee resource groups are incredibly impactful and have made a big difference at Gannett Fleming.

Competitive pay, great atmosphere, beautiful office buildings, friendly coworkers, and a unified determination to succeed.

Cons

Covid has made the remote / hybrid work scene tough on office relationships.
