Pros

Good salary, benefits. Warm co workers. Good culture of camaraderie.

Cons

Was a great place to work 5 years ago. Now actively on fire. Workload creep is a real issue, priorities shifting in the last 3 years have meant many projects being proposed, scrapped, and re-proposed. Morale took a huge hit after layers and layers of restructuring. Unsure if the company actively wants to exit employees, many peers fearing for their jobs. Leadership trying to course correct but many key members of the team have left so meaningful change is hard to implement.

Pros

Company Benefits are quite good

Cons

A lot of enterprise initiatives are not seen through the end or misalign due to lack of communication. Different team might be building solutions based on different version of principles
