Pros

Highly regarded and well serviced by rest of industry, especially sell side community. Good access to some of the best investment practitioners. Compensation levels, including bonuses, easily match market.

Cons

Becoming increasingly bureaucratic. People learning quickly that to move ahead you need to get involved in lots of non-investment organizational activities.

Pros

Nice people, friendly culture, people willing to share and learn. Great work life balance and opportunity to progress within the firm.

Cons

The firm is not that recognized outside of Asia versus the other financial institutions. Office culture is more closed cubicles rather than open desk so some may not like it.
