      Provide training opportunities. Good training ground for the young as you are expected to do many things, so ample opportunities to learn as long you can take the hardships.

      Expect everyone to be workaholics. No or poor human resource planning.

      great working culture. nice people. large AUM so big impact on the market. great exposure to all kinds of people including company management.

      Cons

      Nearly nothing bad about the firm. Everything I observed is relatively good. They don't take many graduates every year though.
