Salary is reasonable, though not as much as BB banks. Upper management

Cons

Progression Scholar culture is prevalent here. Dont expect to be raised up the ranks fast if you join as a farmer.

- Well structured internship programme - Regular feedback and accessible line-manager / mentors - Active participation and a sense of curiousity encouraged - Constant access to relevant investments work

- Team choice is not guaranteed prior to internship (although this may be a positive as the assessment of fit factors into the decision)
