      Pros

      Prestige in working for one of the only 2 Swf in Singapore Lean team strength means that one is able to experience many areas of related job functions, which traditionally is fielded across more than 1 function in financial institutions generally

      Cons

      Not very willing to adopt open mindset to change though there's a lot of lip service paid to 'encouraging change', in a seeming attempt to score brownie points Middle management not very willing to act against their own personal interests even if it relates to a meaningful activity or opinion
